The Extra virgin olive oil which is used to preserve the special flavour

which are grown organically in the Molise region of Italy; an oasis of
fertile sun kissed hills, clear running rivers and pure clean air. These
small, precious treasures of the Mediterranean result from the perfect
combination of the generosity of nature and the age old tradition which
accompanies each phase, as all must be done with the greatest patience,
