Located to the north of Vaucluse the soil varies from clay to rocky and is situated on the hillside, slightly protected from the mistral winds.The main grape grown is Grenache and is blended with Syrah and Mourvedre, Syrah gives intence colour with pepper aromas and Mourvedre's good tannins gives excellent structure to the red wines.
