Peter Dalton has been involved in the supply of fine foods to the retail trade for a considerable time and more recently in the sourcing of fine wines with a taste of something different to awaken your palate.

The following wines have been sourced directly and are largely grown, harvested and bottled at the vineyards. People who have a passion for their land and their grapes make these wines.

The Extra Virgin olive oils, pasta's, sun-dried tomatoe's & pesto,s come from Campobasso in the south of Italy (midway between Naples and Termoli) and again are produced with tender care by the 4th generation of the Colavita family.

The oils, pasta,s and wines can be ordered through your local off-licence, Fine Wine shop and supermarket.
